About Me

Hi, Max here! You can call me Max or Reed Palmer, I go by either. An Idaho native, I started cleaning windows at the age of 13 for some of my Mom’s friends and before long I had more business than I could handle so I enlisted a few friends. The ticket back then was diluted vinegar and old newspapers. We’ve come a long way since then with better tools and better techniques. My wife Kris is the operations manager and keeps things running smoothly in the background, but occasionally you’ll see her on the job getting things done. We have 6 children and we love Idaho.

We started Max Shine Windows with the intention of building a local business that is excellent to work with and work for. Our clients are what truly makes this business special. As we continue to grow, the highest compliment we can receive is knowing you recommend us to your family and friends. We look forward to serving the Treasure Valley for years to come!
